This is where most of the responsibilities associated with maintaining a conventional home are taken care of by the operator. Hence less time worrying about your property, and more time to enjoy your retirement.  Your apartment is your private space, while the retirement centre is your home.  Communal areas like the lounge, dining room and library, provide opportunities for social interaction, support and community living. 

The apartments are approximately 30 m² and are designed to provide a comfortable, manageable living environment for someone who wants to simplify their lifestyle and live close to support and care.  It includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a kitchenette.

The smaller size is ideal for someone who no longer wants the responsibility of maintaining a large home.

MONTHLY LEVY

In addition to your initial Life Right contribution, a monthly levy is payable.

This is currently one of the lowest monthly levies in the area for a retirement offering of this nature.  The levies are all inclusive and no other levies are payable.

CURRENT PRICE

The apartment is currently priced at R930 000. Your Life Right contribution gives you the contractual right to occupy your chosen unit according to the terms of your Life Right agreement.

The Life Right holder has the benefit of no longer being responsible for matters such as:
